STOTT PILATES mat exercises starting from scratch. This class is required for all beginners. Participants will learn the STOTT PILATES basic principles and apply those principles to a series of essential level mat exercises.
Slow & Steady Essential Level Mat Class
Essential level STOTT PILATES mat exercises done at a slower pace. This class is ideal for newer Pilates students and those looking for a slow paced mat class. This class may also utilize small props – fitness circles, toning balls, flex bands – to assist in performing specific exercises or add extra resistance for arms & legs.
All Level Mat Class

The best of our All Level Mat Class in a quick 30-minute workout. This STOTT PILATES mat class is ideal for all participants. This class may also utilize small props – fitness circles, toning balls, flex bands – to challenge the core and add extra resistance for the arms and legs.
Arc Barrel Class
STOTT PILATES exercises performed on the Arc Barrel. This class is ideal for all participants. The addition of the Arc Barrel challenges the core beyond the normal mat class
Arms & Legs Mat Class
Based on our popular reformer workout this STOTT PILATES mat class focuses on exercises to strengthen and tone your upper and lower half including your arms, shoulders, legs and butt. The addition of light weight toning balls will add additional resistance.
Bands & Balls Mat Class
Multi-level mat class using the STOTT PILATES toning balls and flex band. This mat class is sure to challenge with reformer inspired moves, strength exercises, and stretching all done using a combination of bands and balls.
Flex Band Mat Class
Multi-level mat class using the STOTT PILATES flex band. Take your mat practice to a whole new level with reformer inspired moves, standing balance and strength challenges, and stretching exercises all utilizing the band for extra resistance and stretch.
Pilates Bootcamp Mat Class
All your favorite STOTT PILATES mat exercises mixed up and done at a faster pace. This class is certain to raise your heart rate and get your muscles tingling.
Pilates Bootcamp Mat Class – 30 Minutes
Everything you love about our fast paced Bootcamp mat class – in half the time. This invigorating class will get you an intense Pilates workout in 30-minutes.
Intermediate Level Mat Class
Intermediate level STOTT PILATES mat exercises. This class is ideal for those who’ve mastered the essential level mat workout and are looking to progress their practice to the next level. This class may also utilize small props – fitness circles, toning balls, flex boards – to challenge the core and add extra resistance for arms and legs.
Intermediate/Advanced Level Mat Class
STOTT PILATES mat exercises from the Intermediate and Advanced workouts. Class participants should have a complete mastery of the essential level exercises and extensive experience with the intermediate workout. This class is for seasoned Pilates participants.
Ab Blast- 30 Minutes
This 30-minute class focuses entirely on toning and sculpting your abdominals by completing a series of abdominal exercises designed to work every layer of your abdominals. You will use hand weights and other small props as well as your own body weight to get strong, toned abs during this challenging 30-minute workout. Pair this class with another of our 30-minute classes or complete alone for a quick 30-minute sculpting workout. No prior experience necessary. Ab Blast classes are part of the Mat Program. Mat packages can be used for Ab Blast classes. A drop in 30-minute class is $7. Packages of 10 30-minute classes are $57.50. Each class is limited to eight participants.
BOSU & Balance – 30 Minutes
A balance class for everyone including floor and BOSU segments that will increase your balance and control in a quick 30-minutes. No prior experience necessary. BOSU & Balance is part of the Mat Program. Mat packages can be used for BOSU & Balance classes. A drop in 30-minute class is $7. Packages of 10 30-minute classes are $57.50. Cardio Core – 30 Minutes
This 30-minute class focuses on getting your heart pumping while strengthening your entire core system with a series gym class inspired moves. We all remember those fun schoolyard games but why should kids have all the fun? We’ll combine skipping, hopscotch, and jump rope like games with good ole’ calisthenics and periods of cool down/stretch. You’ll be having so much fun you won’t even realize your exercising and since it’s only 30 minutes it’ll be over in a flash. No prior experience necessary. Pair this class with another of our 30-minute classes for a full hour workout or do alone for a quick 30-minute cardio workout. Cardio Core is part of the Mat Program. Bottom Half Sculpt – 30 Minutes
This 30-minute class focuses entirely on sculpting your bottom half – including your legs, hips and booty – by combining intervals of intense sculpting and stretching in a barre inspired workout. You will use hand weights and other small props as well as your own body weight to increase your leg strength while getting lean and defined muscles. Pair this class with another of our 30-minute classes or complete alone for a quick 30-minute sculpting workout. No prior experience necessary. Bottom Half Sculpt classes are part of the Mat Program. Mat packages can be used for Bottom Half Sculpt classes. A drop in 30-minute class is $7. Packages of 10 30-minute classes are $57.50. Each class is limited to eight participants. Upper Body Sculpt – 30 Minutes
This 30-minute class focuses entirely on sculpting your upper body – including your shoulders, arms, back and chest – by combining intervals of intense sculpting and stretching. You will use hand weights other small props as well as your own body weight to increase your upper body strength while getting lean, defined muscles. Pair this class with another of our 30-minute classes for a full hour workout or do alone for a quick 30-minute sculpting workout. No prior experience necessary. Power Play Plyo
Build strength and endurance with every power plyometric move. You’ll explode with energy during this playful yet intense athletic cardio and leg sculpting class. Plyometric drills are used in sports training to increase speed, strength, and endurance and now you can increase your performance by adding this plyometric class to your workouts. You will burn calories while developing coordination and balance through cardio plyometric drills. No experience necessary. Each class is 55 minutes long. Power Play classes are part of the Mat Program. Mat packages can be used for Power Play classes. Classes can be purchased individually for $14 or in packages of 10 for $115. Each class is limited to eight participants. Workout shoes are required.
Total Body Conditioning
Give us an hour and we’ll give you strength. This Total Body Conditioning class will work your entire body from top to bottom and every area in between giving you the strength to lift and move, bend and twist, and most importantly conquer your daily routine. Using weights, medicine balls, tubing and other small props along with your own body weight you will get a full body workout creating lean muscle mass and building strong muscles and bones. No prior experience necessary. Each class is 55 minutes long. Total Body Conditioning classes are part of the Mat Program. Mat packages can be used for Total Body Conditioning classes. A drop in class is $14. Packages of 10 classes are $115. Each class is limited to eight participants. Workout shoes are required.
Boxing Sculpt
Boxing creates an incredibly strong and toned upper body and now you can achieve the same upper body definition with our Upper Body Boxing Sculpt class. So put on the gloves and come out fighting for your upper body. This class uses a combination of boxing drills- including partner punching exercises, heavy bag work, and individual punch combination drills and conventional upper body weight exercises making you a force to reckon while and giving you some of the best looking arms around. No prior experience necessary. Upper Body Boxing Sculpt classes are part of the Mat Program. Mat packages can be used for Upper Body Boxing Sculpt classes. A drop in class is $14. Packages of 10 classes are $115. Each class is limited to eight participants. Workout shoes are required.
Senior Active Balance
Did you know that balance starts to decline at age 14? So its no wonder that by the time you reach middle age the potential to lose your balance increases greatly. The fear of falling and breaking a bone is enough to cause any normally active person to limit their activity. But losing your balance doesn’t have to be inevitable if you practice balance exercises. This class is designed to help the active senior increase balance, build muscle and maintain bone strength by completing a series of balance exercises, stabilizing strength exercises and isometric exercises. In each 55-minute class you’ll work to increase balance and strength in a variety of positions using small props and weights. You’ll feel stronger, more stable, more confident and independent after just a few classes.No prior experience necessary. Each class is 55 minutes long. Classes can be purchased individually for $12 or in packages of 5 for $55 or 10 for $100. Each class is limited to six participants.
