Beginner
No Pilates experience is necessary. All Pilates basic principles will be taught and applied to exercises with the workouts progressing each week.
Beginner/Essential
Beginner reformer class experience necessary. Pilates basic principles are reinforced with the incorporation of Essential Level reformer exercises.
Easy Essential
Move beyond the Beginner level into the Easy Essential class. This class is the natural progression of your Pilates practice by adding STOTT PILATES Essential level exercises. This class will progress with new exercises added weekly.
Essential
Beginner/Essential reformer class experience necessary. Challenging Essential Level reformer workout incorporating all Pilates principles while building strength and endurance.
Essential/Intermediate
Essential Level reformer experience is necessary. Intermediate Level reformer exercises are introduced to the Essential Level workout.
Intermediate
Ability to execute the Essential Level reformer workout while maintaining proper form is necessary. The Intermediate workout builds on the Essential workout by further challenging strength and endurance while increasing coordination to challenge the neuromuscular system.
Intermediate/Advanced
Extensive Intermediate Level reformer experience is necessary. This class begins to add the Advanced Level reformer exercises to further challenge the participants.
Advanced
For the seasoned Pilates participant – must have mastered both the Essential and Intermediate Level reformer workouts. Advanced exercises are the culmination of all your Pilates training challenging strength, endurance and the neuromuscular system with every exercise.
Athletic Reformer
Paricipants must have Essential Level Reformer experience. This full body reformer class emphasizes core stability while performing sports inspired exercises that will increase your strength and agility while improving your performance and endurance.
Jumpboard Intervals
Participants must have Essential Level Reformer experience. This class incorporates intervals of traditional reformer exercises and jumpboard/pliometric exercises. It will invigorate and challenge participants with heart pumping interval segments developed to safely add power moves to the reformer workout that will help to build endurance and stamina. Try this class and experience how fun it can be to condition your legs by adding some bounce to your reformer work!
