TRX Suspension Training harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you workout and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty, regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals.
Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.
Workout shoes are required for ALL TRX classes. Each class is limited to six participants.
Beginner TRX
TRX Suspension class for those who are new to the TRX Suspension system. This class will teach you how to use the TRX Suspension system safely while performing basic TRX exercises for strength, core, flexibility and balance.
Basic TRX
Move beyond the Beginner TRX level into this more challenging class that will build on your beginner experience by adding additional exercises, building combinations and further challenging your core control using the TRX Suspension System.
Total Body TRX
Exactly what the name implies…using the TRX Suspension system this class will give you a full body workout challenging both your stabilizers and major muscle groups. In addition the class also includes cardio, flexibility, and balance elements.
Athletic Performance TRX
If you want to perform like an athlete this is the class for you. Designed to help athletes increase their performance by becoming faster, stronger, more agile, more coordinated, and more flexible this highly intensive conditioning class uses the TRX Suspension system along with other weighted props to put you through the paces. The TRX Suspension system ensures that you engage your core and fire your stabilizer muscles with every exercise which will make you stronger from the inside out and will help to prevent injuries by re-establishing correct movement patterns. This class will get you ready for any race, game or event with drills that work several major muscle groups at once while increasing your cardio activity. Class ends with stretches to help keep muscles flexible. This class requires prior TRX experience. This class is not ideal for beginners.
Gentle TRX & Stretch
Use the TRX Suspension system to get a Pilates inspired toning and stretching workout. This class will help you strengthen muscles you need for everyday activities and will include a lengthy stretching period to keep muscles flexible and healthy. Use your Pilates principles for stability as you use the unique TRX Suspension trainer to strengthen your entire core – including your abs, back, hips and shoulders – and assist with a series of total body stretches.
Classes are 55 minutes in length
