Essential reformer
Beginner Reformer Class experience is necessary. Challenging Essential Level reformer workout incorporating all Pilates principles while building strength and endurance.
Intermediate Mat
Intermediate level STOTT PILATES mat exercises. This class is ideal for those who've mastered the essential level mat workout and are looking to progress their practice to the next level. This class may also utilize small props – fitness circles, toning balls, flex boards – to challenge the core and add extra resistance for arms and legs.
Athletic Reformer
Paricipants must have Essential Level Reformer experience. This full body reformer class emphasizes core stability while performing sports inspired exercises that will increase your strength and agility while improving your performance and endurance.
Basic TRX Express (30-Minutes)
Basic but challenging TRX class that works your entire body in a quick 30-minute class using the TRX Suspension System. Workout shoes required.
All Level Mat (30-Minutes)
The best of our All Level Mat Class in a quick 30-minute workout. This STOTT PILATES mat class is ideal for all participants. This class may also utilize small props – fitness circles, toning balls, flex bands – to challenge the core and add extra resistance for the arms and legs.

BEGINNER Pilates Mat
STOTT PILATES mat exercises starting from scratch. This class is required for all beginners. Participants will learn the STOTT PILATES basic principles and apply those principles to a series of essential level mat exercises.
Fitness Circle Reformer (30-Minutes)
STOTT PILATES reformer class done using the Fitness Circle for additional stability and core challenge. Use of the Fitness Circle will add resistance to upper body, lower body, back and abs. A full workout in just 30 minutes.
BOSU Balance (30-Minutes)
A balance class for everyone including floor and BOSU segments that will increase your balance and control in a quick 30-minutes. No prior experience necessary. BOSU & Balance is part of the Mat Program. Mat packages can be used for BOSU & Balance classes. Workout shoes are required.

Ability to execute the Essential Level reformer workout while maintaining proper form is necessary. The Intermediate workout builds on the Essential workout by further challenging strength and endurance while increasing coordination to challenge the neuromuscular system.
Gentle TRX & Stretch
Use the TRX Suspension system to get a Pilates inspired toning and stretching workout. This class will help you strengthen muscles you need for everyday activities and will include a lengthy stretching period to keep muscles flexible and healthy. Use your Pilates principles for stability as you use the unique TRX Suspension trainer to strengthen your entire core – including your abs, back, hips and shoulders – and assist with a series of total body stretches.
BEGINNER Reformer
No Pilates experience is necessary. All Pilates basic principles will be taught and applied to exercises with the workouts progressing each week.
TRX Circuit
A fun, energetic circuit class conducted with the TRX Suspension Trainer. You'll get a full body workout with drills for all major muscle groups while moving through the TRX circuit. Beginner TRX class is a required if you haven't done TRX at The Body Center. Shoes are required.

Athletic Performance TRX
If you want to perform like an athlete this is the class for you. Designed to help athletes increase their performance by becoming faster, stronger, more agile, more coordinated, and more flexible this highly intensive conditioning class uses the TRX Suspension system along with other weighted props to put you through the paces. The TRX Suspension system ensures that you engage your core and fire your stabilizer muscles with every exercise which will make you stronger from the inside out and will help to prevent injuries by re-establishing correct movement patterns. This class will get you ready for any race, game or event with drills that work several major muscle groups at once while increasing your cardio activity. Class ends with stretches to help keep muscles flexible. This class requires prior TRX experience. This class is not ideal for beginners.

A full body STOTT PILATES reformer class in just 30-minutes. This class includes a select group of essential and intermediate reformer exercises to give you a complete workout in half the time.

The best of our All Level Mat Class in a quick 30-minute workout. This STOTT PILATES mat class is ideal for all participants. This class may also utilize small props - fitness circles, toning balls, flex bands - to challenge the core and add extra resistance for the arms and legs.

Easy Essential Reformer
Move beyond the Beginner level into the Easy Essential class. This class is the natural progression of your Pilates practice by adding STOTT PILATES Essential level exercises. This class will progress with new exercises added weekly.
Total Body Conditioning
Give us an hour and we'll give you strength. This Total Body Conditioning class will work your entire body from top to bottom and every area in between giving you the strength to lift and move, bend and twist, and most importantly conquer your daily routine. Using weights, medicine balls, tubing and other small props along with your own body weight you will get a full body workout creating lean muscle mass and building strong muscles and bones. No prior experience necessary. Each class is 55 minutes long. Total Body Conditioning classes are part of the Mat Program. Mat packages can be used for Total Body Conditioning classes.Each class is limited to eight participants. Workout shoes are required.

Cardio Core (30-Minutes)
Ability to execute the Essential Level reformer workout while maintaining proper form is necessary. The Intermediate workout builds on the Essential workout by further challenging strength and endurance while increasing coordination to challenge the neuromuscular system.
Ab Blast (30 Minutes)
This 30-minute class focuses entirely on toning and sculpting your abdominals by completing a series of abdominal exercises designed to work every layer of your abdominals. You will use hand weights and other small props as well as your own body weight to get strong, toned abs during this challenging 30-minute workout. Pair this class with another of our 30-minute classes or complete alone for a quick 30-minute sculpting workout. No prior experience necessary. Ab Blast classes are part of the Mat Program. Mat packages can be used for Ab Blast classes.

Senior Active Balance
This class is designed to help the active senior increase balance, build muscle and maintain bone strength by completing a series of balance exercises, stabilizing strength exercises and isometric exercises. No prior experience necessary. Each class is 55 minutes long. Classes can be purchased individually for $12 or in packages of 5 for $55 or 10 for $100. Each class is limited to six participants.
