All Level TRX
Not too hard. Not too easy. This All Level TRX class is appropriate for all and will give you a great 60 minute workout for your entire body including strength, core, balance & flexibility. Shoes are required. (Beginner level TRX class is required for first time attendees).
Intermediate Mat
Intermediate level STOTT PILATES mat exercises. This class is ideal for those who've mastered the essential level mat workout and are looking to progress their practice to the next level. This class may also utilize small props – fitness circles, toning balls, flex boards – to challenge the core and add extra resistance for arms and legs.
Essential/Intermediate Reformer
Essential Level reformer experience is necessary. Intermediate Level reformer exercises are introduced to the Essential Level workout.
Total Body Conditioning
Give us an hour and we’ll give you strength. This Total Body Conditioning class will work your entire body from top to bottom and every area in between giving you the strength to lift and move, bend and twist, and most importantly conquer your daily routine. Using weights, medicine balls, tubing and other small props along with your own body weight you will get a full body workout creating lean muscle mass and building strong muscles and bones. Shoes are required.

Gentle TRX & Stretch
Use the TRX Suspension system to get a Pilates inspired toning and stretching workout. This class will help you strengthen muscles you need for everyday activities and will include a lengthy stretching period to keep muscles flexible and healthy. Use your Pilates principles for stability as you use the unique TRX Suspension trainer to strengthen your entire core – including your abs, back, hips and shoulders – and assist with a series of total body stretches.

Senior Active Balance
Did you know that balance starts to decline at age 14? So its no wonder that by the time you reach middle age the potential to lose your balance increases greatly. The fear of falling and breaking a bone is enough to cause any normally active person to limit their activity. But losing your balance doesn’t have to be inevitable if you practice balance exercises. This class is designed to help the active senior increase balance, build muscle and maintain bone strength by completing a series of balance exercises, stabilizing strength exercises and isometric exercises. In each 55-minute class you’ll work to increase balance and strength in a variety of positions using small props and weights. You’ll feel stronger, more stable, more confident and independent after just a few classes.No prior experience necessary.

Boxing Sculpt
Boxing creates an incredibly strong and toned upper body and now you can achieve the same upper body definition with our Upper Body Boxing Sculpt class. So put on the gloves and come out fighting for your upper body. This class uses a combination of boxing drills- including partner punching exercises, heavy bag work, and individual punch combination drills and conventional upper body weight exercises making you a force to reckon while and giving you some of the best looking arms around.Shoes are required.
TRX Circuit
A fun, energetic circuit class conducted with the TRX Suspension Trainer. You'll get a full body workout with drills for all major muscle groups while moving through the TRX circuit. Beginner TRX class is a required if you haven't done TRX at The Body Center. Shoes are required.
