This class adds more challenging positions, coordination and choreography to work the body and mind against more challenging spring resistance.

Intermediate+Advanced reformer is only for those who have mastered the intermediate level.
Coordination, sequencing, balance, mobility, stability and control are all tested at a high level in this class.

JUMP REFORMER – SETS
Experience an invigorating plyometric workout without any joint stress using the unique jumpboard. Essential Reformer exercises added to fun jump sets. All done in 1 minute intervals.

ALIGN & RESTORE
BEGINNERS CAN TAKE THIS CLASS BUT PRIOR PILATES EXPERIENCE IS HELPFUL
Align & Restore will restore movement and suppleness in your spine and joints while working on re-balancing your entire body. Class incorporates Essential level unilateral and bilateral exercises and focuses on form and deep connections.
NO REFORMER EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED.
